Worst organisational skills I've ever seen in my life. NOT WORTH IT! Don't even think about buying the laser treatment sessions. I bought 3 treatment for 6 sessions each and every single appointment was rescheduled by them. I was still due 4 more treatments but asked for a refund and they still HAVEN'T REFUNDED ME! The service is abysmal! The call centre is a joke and well if you like not being annoyed, frustrated and felt like you've been scammed...Don't bother..

My appointment was cancelled on the day due to staff sickness. Quite disappointing. They did let me know via text and phone.
