Entering the salon my initial impression was positive until I was directed upstairs, the back of the salon was extremely dirty. I was greeted by the receptionist who was pleasant enough but, I got the impression her mobile was more important. The beauty room itself was dirty, with wax residue everywhere. Having previously had waxing at other beauty salon, I felt this waxing method was not ideal and a little all over the place. As there were areas left unwaxed, I had to ask for this to be done which is very strange for a Brazilian wax. Once finished I was still covered in wax. I would not recommend this but, for the price it’s ok.
