Incredible value for money, very competitive pricing and lovely lady who waxed my legs, helpful staff- the salon was immaculate as well! Relaxing atmosphere, would definitely recommend to a friend xx

My booking was not even in their system despite me getting a confirmation email.
booked two appoitments.one for haircut one for laser. called me and said laser machine not available.went there for a haircut. went there with washed hair to avoid extra cost for washing. told me she had to dry me up and charge me extra for that, before she cuts my hair. whaaat? place not very clean. hairdresser very beautiful and tidy but fake. then went upstairs just to ask info about laser. told me i have to book a patch test and pay for it(again whaaat?) and that i had to prepay for six sessions as well with the patch test to get discount. i only wanted done chin and a tiny area on the neck. said they had to charge me seperately for each area wich was 120 in total for one session. then there was an aggressive message on a board in front of reception saying whoever doesnt compromise with the rules etc he will be asked to leave and not get any refund for prepaid services. NOT returning again
