Terrible experience untrained woman left colour due on my face and left strands of grey hair. Never ever again. I heard the company is banktrupt

I booked an appointment to have my colour done after a long period of wearing hair extensions, so my colour is slightly uneven and I have damage on some of the strands - all of this I am aware of and was just asking that they do what the can. The stylist I had was absolutely lovely. The first issue was that they hadn’t let me know I would need to come in for a patch test so my appointment was delayed for more than a week- this is inconvenient but completely understandable and I had no issue. I sat down so that the stylist could look at my hair and she just had a look and recommended what they could do to protect the damaged hair - this was all great I was perfectly happy.
Then another stylist came over, she had an selfie attitude! I’m no sure of her name, I think she possibly had an Australian accent but anyway she was rude and argumentative - when I advised her of previous things that had been done to my hair she just thought she knew better. I think the salon looks ok and was disappointment as she made me feel really uncomfortable and undermined her colleague (my stylist) at every decision. For all I know, she may be an amazing stylist but her attitude means I won’t be going back.
