Uncomfortable atmosphere due to overbooking problems and not great customer service overall, felt a bit neglected at some points but haircut and colour were good and pretty good value too. Having spent a lot on my booking already got a bit tired of attempts to sell me more things and add extras onto what I had already paid for.
