Final colour was completely different to the colour we discussed. Some of the colour had to be redone again as there were patches missing. Really disappointed. Emailed a complaint to the salon but had no reply.
The salon is in a good location and downstairs is bright and airy, I would have given higher stars if they had offered to take my coat and bag, offered me a drink, swept up hair or had music playing. Unfortunately, my hair was not in the condition needed to have the colour treatment that I would have liked so the staff were professional in advising me against this but it got less professional when I had to demand that I was staying in the shop until I had resolved my part refund from treatwell, in the end I called the premium rate treatwell number not the salon. While I was there were two other customers, the first one had been advised wrong about the time needed for her treatment and left upset without having anything done and the second had come in for a counselling session and was crying on the hair dresser - The whole thing was just a bit awkward as there was not even any music for me to pretend that I wasn't overhearing all the agro and I've come away with what looks like a child's hair cut that is shorter than I understood it would be in the consultation. Perhaps I caught them on a short staffed day?
