Got my hair cut here, really liked the new style that was cut in. Staff were really friendly and helpful when deciding what hairstyle to get done.
Had an ombre, cut and finish - thought the ombre was exactly as i wanted, the hairdresser really understood the look i wanted to achieve and made sure than i was aware there would be an extra cost for using toner - which i can't complain, as the offer was a really good price. Would definitely return to Pierre Alexandre again. the only one thing i would mention is the two girls that were washing clients hair were bad mouthing other members of staff which was slightly awkward for me to hear! Overall very happy.
Really enjoyed my visit to Pierre Alexander, all of the staff were very friendly and very knowledgable!
