Really good salon. It was really nice of them to fit me in as well because there was a mix up and they wasn't even told about the booking I did through treatwell! Was really happy about the cut, did feel a tiny bit rushed though because I wasn't asked about how I wanted my hair styled which was a bit strange considering I'd paid for the wash cut and style, was like she just assumed I wanted it as flat as possible, but they were busy and did manage to fit me in so this might not have happened if they had got the booking info!
Everyone was really friendly and knew what to do to help not only get my hair the way I want it but Also make it healthier, the only downside was waiting an hour after my appointment time before anybody could see me, they looked after me with plenty of coffee and biscuits :) I will be returning!
The staff were very friendly and attentive, particularly the staff member who washed my hair as he did an incredibly thorough job and included a substantial head massage. In contrast, the haircut itself took 5 minutes flat. I was offered a hot drink, but unfortunately my request for decaf coffee could not be met. The water used during hair washing was cold. The salon lacked ambience and the mirrors were dirty. The haircut itself was fine and overall it was good value for money; I would return again.
I had a cut and blow dry, the staff were lovely, really happy with the cut too. Would go again
