Liz was lovely and really helped me to figure out exactly what I wanted. The hairdressers were all very busy with multiple clients at once which meant it was a slightly stressful atmosphere but the colour was great and such fantastic value for money - would definitely go again!
It was a wonderful experience staff was nice specially the lady who done my hair Liz. Thanks I will definitely recommend to others
Staff were friendly and polite, i was offered a drink but had to wait half an hour for it. I was quite shocked when following the application of highlights and washing my hair, a hairdryer and brush were brought and placed in front of me and i was told ."there you go"..i was left to dry my own hair....ive never in my life had to do that before in a hair salon. I was suprised again when the hairdresser after talking abt how bad other salons were when they suprised people with additional charges without explaining first...asked me for £10 extra for toner when i was about to leave. She said it is explained on the deal..but hadnt mentioned it when doing my hair. Also i noticed later the deal does mention a £5 charge but i was charged £10. All in all my highlights were not good nor the colour i wanted. It was a big let down and a waste of my money, i'm really disapointed.
Really helpful stylist. Great environment, all staff friendly and approachable.
