Not as good as my previous visit which I really enjoyed hence I booked again. I wasn’t allocated the names hairdresser I booked. This hairdresser didn’t introduce herself. Salon busy, started my appointment 20 mins late. Part way through my cut the hairdresser went to do another consultation leaving me sat in the chair. Appointment felt hurried + hairdresser kept telling me she was tired + had missed her lunch break. Finished with curls made by hair straighteners that looked rather flat+ lifeless. Not sure I’ll go again as this appointment put me off which is a shame after my initial visit.

It took over an hour to have a blowdry. I was handed over to 4 different people who all were supposedly doing my treatment, one even had her hair pinned up with dye developing in it. It wasn't very professional. The salon needs a bit of TLC, it looks quite dated. The final result was good, however not the best blowdry I've had.
