Good haircut and blow dry by a friendly and competent stylist. The reception staff and greeting on arrival were poor (disinterested, unwelcoming) Was charged extra fee for long hair, even though it was only a quick straight across cut and the whole session only took half an hour not the 1 hour that it is sold as. The salon looks basic/minimalist and was quite noisy with many hairdryers going. But clean and bright.
incredible value for money and im never disappointed when I go to pierre alexandre! usually see Natalie but the girl I saw was great too and lovely.
Welcomed warmly, seen on time, the stylist listened to what I wanted and gave me a very nice cut. The salon was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the coffee was much better than expected
