Appointment was what I wanted, but was very brief. Felt like the actual haircut could have done with more attention and detailing. But everything was ok and I got what I paid for.

I waited for half an hour before the treatment. I was not offered a drink while I waited but I could see the salon was busy due to Christmas. However, my stylist came over to apologise and she was fantastic. I cannot fault her at all. She told me about the products that I can buy but did not pressure me to purchase. My haircut was fantastic and I will be going back in 5 weeks.
