I had a lot of trouble with my booking, but I am very pleased with the result. I will definitely go back.
They got the job done... the noise and the vibe really wasn't for me - a tad unprofessional but I think everyone meant well. The service itself was ok but I'm not sure the staff listened to what I wanted.
I am very happy with the haircut but the misoc was a bit too loud and staff seemed to work in the chaotic way. They were very busy and were experiencing computer system problems so it is understandable but the ambience was not relaxed.
Had highlights and cut. Some problems with appointment time, staff member quite rude initially however was then lovely throughout. Nice cut and colour.
