Was a great experience. Good cut, relaxed atmosphere and prompt service. Have had lots of compliments on hair cut which is a good opportunity to recommend.
Venue was really nice, hairdresser was so lovely. the whole thing felt really rushed, I asked for a trim on my layers to remove dead ends but instead had huge chunks roughly cut off and the length of my hair was uneven with strands longer than the rest. I'd spent a year growing out my hair. never had an experience so bad for something so simple :(
The staff were very rude and unprofessional. Bitching about other people during work hours. My hairdresser even left me to sit with dye in my hair whilst she goespecially upstairs for a 40+ minutes cup of tea break! I was provided with no attention during my visit and even had to ask another member of staff about how long the dye was suppose to stay in my hair for as my hairdresser forgot all about me! The haircut what started off great turned into a disaster where she cut my fringe into a blunt cut shorter than the rest of my hair and didn't even bother to blend it in so there was a massively noticeable difference and just looked horrific. Before I could notice she curled my hair in an attempt to make it not visible. Also might I add I asked to keep my fringe relatively long however give it more volume therefore cutting a bit off it not a massive chunk ! Which meant the correction I called for the next day resulted in my fringe being shorter than I ever wanted!!! Lastly I was offered no apologies by the staff herself for her lack of incompetence to do her job and additional no compensation for the EXTRA money I had to spend to get a bus all the way from Failsworth and back just for a correction that shouldn't of arised in the first place! Along with the effort and time which meant I had to cancel an important interview I had that day as I didn't want to look like an idiot with the haircut I received the day prior. Not only was that haircut for an interview I had but it was also for my anniversary the following day. Two days ruined by one evening. Just what I was paying for...
