It was my first time at the PARK salon. I was very disappointed. The hairdresser that was doing my hair hardly spoke a word to me during the process and was rude when she did. I could sense she was in a rush to get the job done with me as quickly as possible as she wanted to finish at 5pm (my appointment was at 4.15pm). The final result was in an very avarenge blow dry, that didn't look that good. I was very upset as I was expecting more from them
I had booked a trim & blow dry via Treatwell and even though I was 20 minutes late for my appointment the staff were still able to fit me in. Natalie was ace, really friendly and gave me the best hair cut I've had for ages (I've had loads of compliments about it)!
I book an appointment for hair makeover and could not have it ,the stilist said my hair would not take any bleach therefore you can't have a hair make over she offres me Olaplex treatment and suggested to have 3 more treatment before she could apply any hilightin products.inwas still charged 39
£ as if I had a hair makeover.
Appointment time changed the night before which I most definitely would not have minded except:
- treatment was booked for 1 hour and lasted 30 minutes
- I was offered a drink which never appeared
- unfortunately face splashed during hair wash and my head was 'red hot' at some points during hair drying
- I did not have the person booked in with
- I think I was meant to have a complimentary hair treatment which never materialised.
Won't go back I'm afraid although my hairdresser was friendly and place lovely.
