Good value for money. the service at this salon can be variable but it is a good price for the Brazilian blow dry so I would recommend. Staff sometimes not very friendly and the salon ambience/ appearance could be nicer, but I would still come back

Was passed around 3 different people and left waiting for about 15 minutes for someone to see to me after my hair was washed. Felt like I was rushed through and the girl who cut my hair didn't care at all or have any input when I asked for some advice on my hair. Cut was average and I'm relatively happy with it but not worth how much I paid for it.

Very difficult to book an appointment rang 5 times and emailed and they never got back to me. Booked on line which went well. Water was cold when shsmpooing at the salon they did apologise saying they had a problem. Haircut disappointing. Will have to go somewhere else and get it done properly. Not happy with the whole experience
