I had a hardcut and blowdry which I was happy with. However, I wasn't happy that I was charged £15 for a conditioning treatment which consisted of a few sprays of product. I was expecting a full mask type treatment

Went in to do a patch test and showed the lady what I wanted and she recommended an all over colour instead of highlights as apparently you can’t do highlights/lowlights with a colour in between and I didn’t have 4 1/2 hours. I went with what she said but she didn’t let the stylist know or change the appointment booking/timings.
It was fine but it’s not ended up how I wanted And only a £10 reduction from
Full head highlights to all over colour.
Blow dry idea good and one of the reasons I booked but could definitely expand on the concept and provide better experience, stylist ended up doing it for me which was fine and very kind but not in a style I like or straightened/smoothed after.
Won’t be going back.

Amazing service, I'm clueless when it comes to knowing how to treat my hair and grow it out and my stylist was incredibly helpful and offered me loads of advice. This was my second visit and I will definitely be going again.
