Pleased with my haircut. Sadly the salon is missing that friendly welcoming feel. No refreshments offered.

Although it’s been done well it’s not exactly what I wanted, she said it’d be a subtle balayage but it’s more of a bold ombre. They were obviously very busy and they offered me a drink twice without recovering one in the end I had to ask for one. The blow dry and styling was great.
