Very disappointing experience. Was told I couldn’t have my appointment at the original time (no explanation why) and had to have it early in the day which was very inconvenient. I booked for a full head of colour but was told I could only have a half head of highlights as they didn’t have time. The colour was nice but not at all what I wanted and was very expensive considering I had paid for something else. I should have complained more at the time but was just very shocked and disappointed by the whole experience.

Lovely friendly atmosphere and SO pleased with the cut 😌 Molly did exactly what I wanted even though I was bad at explaining. Would recommend!
