Booked an Balayage thru Treatwell for a quiet time it was bargain for a cost of 43 pounds (15 per cent off from treatwell). I have been told i needed to book 2 different treatment one for my roots one for the ends to get coloured. So the total cost would had been around 90-100 pounds same as anywhere else... so i chose the roots and got a toner on the ends ( extra 10 pounds). Cut and blowdry. Everonye was friendly.Jade done my hair she was lovely. Im happy with the end result. It was just the booking system and cost what was a bit frustrating.
I was suppose to have Catia however she had left the salon so would have been good to know this before I arrived. i had Jade serve me and despite feeling very ill she still did a great job. The worktop of the salon was full of hair though so I couldn't leave my bag on there.
I had a cut and finish which is a wash cut and blow. Maria was the stylist and she was amazing. I previously had a bad cut elsewhere and she cut it so well and put it right. I will definitely return and recommend to others.

I have been to this salon on numerous occasions since opening and have always taken advantage of the trim & straight offer. My hair has always always been washed trimmed with a blow dry. Back in July I booked this, and the girl mentioned they don’t normally provide a wash & blow, which I ensured her it had always been washed before, so she did it for me.
On this occasion when I told the stylist, I was told they never have ever washed and blown hair on Trim & Straight. Did not matter how many times I repeated myself I was rudely informed this was not the case.
If this is a newish rule fair enough but to be made out as a liar, is not on or professional!
