Good cut, terrible colour. 5 hours in the salon left me 1.5 hours late for work.
Had a roots bleach, cut, tone and Olaplex with Jojo.
I want to start by saying that the salon is nice and I am happy with the cut I had.
For a colour bar I was very disappointed. 5 hours in the salon, 3 peroxode based applications (1 root bleach and two bleach washes) and 2 toners later my hair was done. In the end it came out looking patchy but passable. The first bleach and tone left a blue/grey line line across my hair which needed to be lifted out and redone. Quite a long and stressful ordeal as two hairdressers ended up frantically putting on toner quickly so the hair wouldn't absorb the toner too much after a lot of bleaching and processing to try to fix the initial mistake.
Ended up 1.5 hours late for which was the icing on the cake. Hair doesn't feel great as you would imagine.
Loved my haircut. The only reason why I didn’t Give full 5 stars is because I had the last appointment of the day (4pm) and so was the last customer. It felt a bit rushed at the end and no one wants to be the one who holds staff up at closing time! My stylist was fab though and I’ll definitely be going again...just at an earlier appointment time! :)
