I was really pleased with my appointment at Pierre Alexandre. JJ did a great job with my hair and I've received lots of compliments on my new style
Molly was really friendly and gave me a great cut and blow dry and some really great advice on looking after my hair. Was really happy with the whole experience.
The hairdresser was very nice and I was very please with the final result, however the appointment ran 25 minutes late and no one apologised or told my why the stylist was so delayed. I found it very inconsiderate and unprofessional.
Hair cut by Ashley - great stylist, put me at ease, recognised build up on my hair from shampoo and conditioner I’d been using which impressed me. Subsequently gave me great advice. Really good cut. Girl who washed my hair (don’t know name) could do with being a little more gentle. As for Ashley - highly recommend - thanks a million!
