Not time was really taken with my highlights - my roots came through after about a week and they looked wonky

Been here a few times always satisfied & made to feel comfortable. Visited today, was booked for ombré, spoke to the stylist & shown a picture. Did a balayage!!!!! I did ask half way through was she highlighting because I wanted ombré. Really not happy & it’s put me off the salon. Lovely lady but totally ignored what I had asked for. £85 down the drain, I’m glad they didn’t ask for more which they normally do due to booking through Treatwell. I now have to pay next weekend to get the ombré I had asked for. You can clearly see the difference between the two styles.
Clean, very friendly staff, they make you feel very comfortable and good haircut.
