I was very disappointed. The lady did a horrible colouring job, and she had the worst attitude. She treated me badly, I was trying to be nice but she was just rude all the way. I was nervous as I never had colouring done in a salon and i told her that but she didn't care nor tried to explain the process. She almost made fun of me when I was asking questions. She did a very amateur job and i could have done my colouring better at home.
At the end I was so unhappy with everything she did, and she told me the voucher didn't include blow dry so i can leave the salon now with wet hair. I said it's not gonna happen, so I went to another girl, who cut and blow dried my hair at the end. So after all, instead of the £18 I paid £72.
I felt really ripped off and disappointed and I won't go back to that place again. When I came home I've realised I had a huge amount of colour IN MY EAR. The whole experience was ridiculous.

Booked in for root colour on special deal. Was charged more than expected and the colour does not match. As only realised the above after the event , I emailed Pierre Alexander Didsbury to notify them and request a refund of the extra charge ....... that was well over a week ago and I have not heard anything from them .
