SCAM!!! bought an "unlimited hairdressing" loyalty card and ever since there has been an issue with every single booking without fail. this includes double booking, cancellations 2 hours before, multiple hairdressers quitting and not having enough time to do my appointment. i have requested a refund and rang the salon 11 times only to be put on hold and have the phone cut off and i have emailed the email address on several occasions. it is not "unlimited hairdressing" if the company is doing everything in its power to stop you actually having your hair done. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
