My hair is dark brown with a lot of brassy tones and I wanted an ashy brown balayage. The actual balayage itself is beautiful however the colour looks more orangey brownish than ashy brown however this is just because of my actual hair. All the staff were pleasant, I was treated very well throughout the whole process and it is certainly good value for money. My hair is long and thick so the process took 3 and a half hours rather than 2 hours 15. Great salon overall.

Cancelled my appointment literally 4 mins before my appointment, was virtually turning handle in door when they rang to cancel. Not enough staff to do my cut and blow dry. Really disappointing.
