When I arrived Kali was very welcoming and offered to take my coat and get my a drink. She knew exactly what I wanted and did a great job of my hair. The only thing that could be improved on was towards the end of the appointment the staff kept swapping clients which I thought was a bit odd - when they haven’t even spoken to the new client before touching their hair or even introducing themselves to them I thought this was a little intrusive. Other than this everything was good.
