Managed to grab a last minute appointment on a Friday! Fabulous highlights as always.
Everything was fine.only issue I would like to give constructive critisism on is that when the staff member was combing my hair,it was quite rough and i felt alot of my hair breaking and it hurt my scalp alot. Please be more aware and considerate next time as it was painful and not good to pull on customers hair with the comb so aggressively.
When booking my appointment I made it clear I had to be out of there by 4, they were very accommodating and got me in for 1pm.
By half 3 it was very clear I was not going to be out of there by 4, I raised it with the hairdresser she said she'd be as quick as possible. I finally got out at 5pm after skipping the blow dry (which is not ideal as I had no idea what the colour had come out like) and the cut which she'd assured me she would be able to fit in.
The colour was lovely but the whole experience was completely ruined by being stressed and then an hour late for travelling on. I wouldn't mind but it could have been avoided if they'd just let me know it would take 4 hours.
