It was satisfactory overall... head massage during the hair wash was fantastic. Hair cut itself felt very rushed and took only 30 minutes including blow dry. It was a very quick cut with no attention to detail and no checking that lengths were even on both sides etc. The hairdresser said she'd finish/check the cut once hair was dry but never did. I asked her to help me do something different with my fringe, but she didn't. I certainly didn't leave feeling pampered and definitely wouldn't return to that member of staff.

Very helpful staff, the hairstylist listened to what you wanted and did a great job of cutting and blow drying my hair, would definitely recommend to anyone.
