Worst experience ever. I booked in for half a head of highlights, the therapist who coloured my hair seemed relatively inexperienced. When she put the toner on my hair, she walked away for around 15 mins, when she returned the toner had turned my hair blue. Obviously I was furious and very upset. The manager came over and tried to convince me that it looked nice... I told her I wanted it sorting out. She offered to put lowlights through my hair to try and salvage it. Eventually after about 10 minutes I got an apology off the manager, I never received an apology from the therapist. The therapist did the lowlights in my hair which brought it back to a blue tinged blonde... still not what I asked for or wanted. She offered to do a conditioning treatment on my hair, this never happened. When I came to pay, I expected her to not charge me. Baring in mind she had dyed my hair blue, and I had been in the salon for 5 hours. She told me I had to pay the full amount or she would call the police. I felt completely bullied into paying for a service I didn’t ask her. Appalling service, rude staff, unprofessional salon.

I hadn’t used Treatwell before and was a little dubious, purely because I was worried that perhaps the colourist wouldn’t take as much time as your regular hairdresser. But having more Convenient time slots available I gave it a go and was proved wrong! Jay Jay was a great colourist and took lots of time to comb colour through and give my balayage the perfect blend. I’m really happy happy with the results! She was great to chat to, too! Thanks Jay Jay!
