Jay jay was great. Very friendly, kind and listened well to my needs. Great cut and colour. The rest of the team were super professional will some tricky customers!
The staff were very welcoming. JJ who cut my hair made me feel I had been a client for years. Explained everything she was going to do. Very helpful best haircut I've had in years
The colour I got was lovely. It was he Service that was the problem.
They didn’t seem to have a record of my booking and then dragged my appointment out for hours
The colourist got dye all over my forehead beyond what is reasonable. They took 2.5 hours over my colour and never got me a drink despite 3 polite requests from me.
When they then said I’d have to wait 30 mins for my cut I gave up asked for a towel to dry my hair and walked out. (After paying for the colour I’d had)
I tried contacting them with my comments on two email addresses and via Facebook but they weren’t interested.
Never left such a bad review anywhere but they really deserve it. The only positive was the actual hair colour was perfect. Deep rich colour that was well applied throughout. Such a shame the rest of the experience didn’t match up.
