Awful experience - I had been double booked and so I had to spend the whole afternoon there (2:30pm-7:00pm) just to have my hair highlighted. I had pre paid for a cut and blow dry but they didn't have enough time so I had to dry my own hair and come back for a cut and blow two days later. Due to being double booked I was very neglected, the stylist left my hair in foils for far too long, once it was finally washed off my hair was white/grey. Obviously so disappointed with this when I had requested a caramel colour! The stylist did apply a toner to try and correct this but it was still so grey/white. I have since had to go to another hair salon to have my colour corrected.
Such a shame to leave a 2 star review but I’ve been here a few times and the customer service is appalling. You feel more like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. At £80 for a head of highlights and blow dry I’d expect at least a hot drink and magazine offered. Staff moan and complain openly in the salon and I get the impression they aren’t that happy about working there. Hair has always looked good after an appointment but honestly I’d rather go somewhere else where you are offered at least some level of customer service and don’t have your hair done by someone who smells of stale cigarettes
