Totally unreliable.The treatment didn’t happen as they were apparently short of staff,this is at least the third time it happens to me in this salon.I didn’t receive any communication so I turned up at the time of my appointment and found out. I wasn’t able to get a refund. It has now been rescheduled in 2 weeks time which is not ideal as I needed it earlier than that but unfortunately I’ve paid for it already so can’t go somewhere else.

Got to the appointment and the receptionist told me someone had quit so my appointment was cancelled. No one contacted me to let me know before I travelled some miles to get there. The receptionist and the manager were both rude and unapologetic. It’s an unorganised mess at this salon.
