Whole place smelt of smoke. Stylist left halfway through treatment as 'shift was over' and bleach was left on 10 minutes. Was told not to book through treatwell as if i did, they couldn't guarantee that they would be able to stay until the end of service!? Extremely unhappy with the result. Have tried to contact them regarding this with no response.

Spectacular haircut, James is an artisan of the hairdressing world. His friendliness, dedication, and passion is something truly to behold. His attention to detail and conversation over how we wanted my hair to look was truly reassuring.
