Very positive experience! Although salon was a bit empty with lots of staff members awkwardly standing around, my wash, cut and blow dry were really well done. Only catch, they have a £5 long hair charge on all air sitting on the shoulders or below; it would have been nice to be made aware of this before booking online, especially as I wouldn't classify my hair as "long"!
