Very friendly staff and offered a drink when entering. My booking had been cancelled but then easily rescheduled. Ben did exactly what I wanted (considering I have long hair) and was very friendly

I arrived on time and waited to be called in for my hair cut. I waited 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment but there was no sign of a hair stylist being ready so I checked with the staff to ask if my appointment was going to happen as I was unsure. I was told it would be soon so I waited not knowing when it would be happening. The appointment ended up being more than 20 minutes late with no apologies for being late. It would have been nice if they can inform customers if they are running late. It's a shame that their staff weren't professional given good location.
