My haircut was good quality, although it was rushed. The stylist was late for my appointment as she was busy wiping dye off her shoes, her top, her arm, and offered me no apology. I then went to pay and was told that the card machine wasn’t working, so had to go get cash.... which they could have said before they made me sit and wait for 15 minutes at the start of my appointment! Overall, a very unprofessional service and I will not be returning to offer them my custom unfortunately.
