I didn’t particularly like the vibe, colour or cut. However, I did not advise the staff of this so in fairness they did not have the opportunity to fix it.
Great value, but felt the team paid more attention to each other than to customers. My cut also felt quite rushed.
staff were friendly and happy to let me leave with the olaplex treatment in as requested so I could leave it in all day.
