Apart from the actual end result of my hair which I really loved, the salon and staff really didn’t live up to my expectations.
It took me around 3 attempts to actually book an appointment that they weren’t changing the time of or date. I was told to come in at 3.30 even though my appointment was at 5 - no mention of that on the app?
I then turned up and had to triple check the price but turns out treatwell haven’t removed an offer and it was going to be considerably more expensive.
I found the treatment rather rushed, customers were clearly complaining about the same things I found disappointing and then I heard staff chatting rather negatively about said customer between themselves and to another customer, a bit unprofessional.
One staff member didn’t even know anything about the actual treatment I was having but proceeded to do it on my hair. Overall I had 3 members of staff attend to my hair.
It’s a shame because I actually really liked the end finish but I definitely wouldn’t be attending again due to lack of professionalism.
The only hairdresser I've ever been fully happy with in the end. I've always hated going to hairdressers before hand because they usually mess it up.
Shout out to Jade yo... 10/10 would trust with my fringe.
