Hayley was lovely and gave me the exact colour I was after. Through no fault of her own she was running late, but gave me a lovely complimentary conditioning treatment whilst I waited and was super accommodating. Would definitely come back again

AWFUL
So surprised that this place has received so many good reviews. Avoid avoid avoid!! Went in hoping for a brown colour - left with an awful red. Said several times that I wasn't comfortable with how red it looked to be brushed off with 'it will fade'. It left staining around my face which I asked to be removed as I could clearly see them - looks like I've done it in a box dye at home. Showed a wispy fringe - left with a heavy, full, ugly fringe!! So so horrible. Asked to have it graduated, was brushed off with 'i already have'. It definitely hasn't been - theres just one straight line from ugly fringe to ugly cut. Spent the night crying and had to dye it again because I simply couldn't bear to leave the house with it red. Sadly can't do anything about the cut but can change the colour! Hair stylist was rude and didn't talk to me, think she wanted to get home and rushed me as I could hear her being told 'after this one, you can leave'. She pulled my hair so hard with a brush, I was wincing the whole time and not once did she think to ask if I was okay with it or to simply go a bit softer! Only time she realised was when I fully flinched because she was burning me with the hairdryer. Scratched my head with a comb so much that I've got tiny cuts along my forehead. Have contacted them for a refund and they said they'd be in touch but no word yet. Wouldn't even trust them to fix this, made to feel so uncomfortable while I was there and they didn't take any moment to listen to me that I don't want them going near my hair again! Fuming. Want a refund. In the meantime, stay away from this place!!!!

Missed out on having second colour put in my hair dye to miscommunication so not as satisfied with my hair as I normally am
