Previously I have had a really good experience at this beauty salon but this time round I left feeling a bit disappointed. To start with I was placed downstairs which felt like a bit run down compared to the upstairs. Then half way through my hair appointment a large wooden plank fell from the wall above in to my hands (luckily) which must of been lose - not something you expect to happen at such a highly rated beauty salon. This took the edge off my overall experience as I was left a bit shocked afterwards.
