Great overall experience and love my haircut but was disappointed in the fact I have above the shoulder length hair and have been here before and always booked under short hair but when I arrived I got told that I would need to pay £10 more because they class short hair as by your ears? Was annoyed because there is no specification and I certainly don’t agree that I have ‘long hair’, they should possibly explain this when booking or have a mid length hair option rather than just springing it upon you when you are expecting a haircut.
