Having taken my daughter and granddaughters to the salon previously and how well they were attended too I was disappointed with my own experience. I think I made a mistake not requesting a top stylist . The young lady was pleasant however temporary, employed, travelling with her boyfriend from Australia. And as I have a hair problem found her to be unhelpful.
My hair looks absolutely amazing! Samantha sorted me right out and I’m really pleased with it- my only complaint is that I was sat downstairs on my own next to the toilets w no music or magazines or anything so was a little boring- but hair is brilliant!
