Also, I payed via Treatwell and when it was done they charged me an additional £10 for a toner but I was never asked if I wanted this additional service which I think is unacceptable.

If you wear a fringe and prefer a bob-style haircut then ask for Nicola, she’s done an excellent job and I would definitely recommend a visit

The overall experience was bad. The salon was filthy, as were the bathrooms. I wasn’t given a drink. There was no hot water or water pressure so my hair was washed in cold water. I wasn’t offered a courtesy discount or appointment to make up for it. What shocked me most was the way the staff spoke to each other - they were rude and nasty to the younger girls working there. I chose this place as I needed a last minute appointment.
