Turned up and told my appointment was cancelled as hair stylist was at the doctor's. Apparently a call was made and voice message was left but I didn't receive as I work nights. A simple text or email would have been sufficient - it would have saved me parking fees. I did receive a text from treatwell to remind me of my appointment though.
Great haircut at a really reasonable price. Will definitely be coming back again.
