What an absolute joke of a hairdressers, the director of company doesn’t have her own equipment. The staff moaning whether they’re going to get paid or not. Casual chatting and going out for a smoke. On arrival there was 6 people around a desk mostly on their phones and didn’t feel welcome.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS, it might be cheaper but go somewhere you trust.
Message for Nicola, have your own equipment and respect your customers.

I got a call around an hour before the appointment saying it was cancelled due to staff shortages. I checked online and there were still slots with lots of hairdressers. I was very disappointed because I had organised my day around it and it was a big inconvenience.

Fantastic service! First haircut and style I’ve had in over a year. Nicola has completely transformed my hair, leaving it bouncy and healthy looking. Had to book myself in for another wash and blow dry instantly. Thank you :)

Blow dry was good however was charged an extra £10 as had extensions in. Still took less than the 45 minute slot I booked for so not sure why it would be £10 extra. Other salons charge a few pound extra.
