I’ve been having my highlights done and Pierre Alexandre for a good while now, I feel like it’s gone further down hill each time but today was the tipping point.
I’ve got hair extensions, which WHERE in pretty much perfect condition until my experience here today. Once my hair had been washed, without all the conditioner being washed out properly, the hair stylist didn’t use any heat protection at all. The ‘blow dry’ involved the hairdryer at the hottest heat (which at one point I had to pull away because it was burning my scalp), and my hair not even being sectioned or blown with a brush, just the stylist using her hands. Then she got on to curling my hair with the straightens, again still no heat protection used. The way she used them on my head was terrible, because there was obviously still conditioner on the hair the hair was tugging when being pulled through, this meant parts of my hair was in the straighten longer than they should have been. I paid for my hair, I felt like I couldn’t say anything because the salon feels so clique. I’m absolutely devastated, not only am I out of pocket by paying for this service, but now I’ve got to spend the money to try and heal my hair with a conditioning treatment, and if that doesn’t work then I’m hundreds of pounds down for new hair extensions.

Im a regular customer and unfortunately I cant give a great review this time which I normally do.
I tried to book a quick fringe trim the week before my regular visit but when I called up twice to arrange this I was told I would get a call back but didnt. I got a voicemail the next day but it was then too late for me to go in before a trip.
I then arranged my appointment via treatwell for my colour and cut. I turned up at the arranged date/time and was then told my stylist was double booked. So Ive had to rearrange this. Not the level of customer service I've experienced previously sadly.

Charlie, who was new today was absolutely fantastic! He had such enthusiasm with his craft and has given me one of the best cuts I’ve ever had! Great stuff
