First of all I was, as always, extremely satisfied with my treatment and usual stylist.
However one particular person on reception (Rebecca I believe) lacks an understanding of customer service. The salon was closed on my arranged appt. day. When I arrived for a second time on the rearranged day, this person was rude and unapologetic. She insisted she had contacted and informed me beforehand. Which of course she didn't. Certainly not the kind of confrontation I'd expect at this salon.
