I was happy with my hair cut as it really needed a lot of inches to be taken off. The whole experience is not your conventional hair dressing places that I have previously been to i.e. nobody asked to take my jacket so i had it lumped on the floor over my hand bag. I was asked if I wanted to have my nails done during my hair cut which I felt was not appropriate. if you are in need of a cut then i would recommend, but if you want all the other fluffy stuff as an overall relaxing experience then this is not the place for you.

very friendly staff. didn't like that there was a dog in the salon, as I am scared of dogs.

The people were lovely, however I ended up having my haircut with a dog on my lap (not my dog), and felt I couldn't move him off.
It also all felt a little rushed - was meant to be an hour but I was in and out within 25 minutes.

Great blow dry, very quick but effective on my unruly hair. There's a dog in the salon which many customers love but I am personally not so keen on.
