It was my first time at Pigtails and was a great experience. Sarah-Jayne listen to what I would like and offered her professional opinion too, which is what I needed. I left feeling like the weight of my thick hair was lifted with a great style and will be returning when I need my next cut.

I loved the salon atmosphere very friendly and laid back but also professional, Sarah Jayne very quickly knew how to make my hair look good as I went knowing I wanted it permed but not what style to have. My hair looks great and I definitely needed a good stylist to sort it out. Definitely recommend.
